Dead On Design is a dynamic design agency with a focus on the upscale real estate market in the Hamptons, New York, and serves as the visual powerhouse for M3 Media Group publications. Initially joining as a graphic designer, I revamped the aesthetics of key publications like the North Fork Real Estate Showcase and Hamptons Real Estate Showcase. Streamlining production, I introduced efficient layout systems, trained staff in InDesign and InCopy, and devised a style guide, cutting publication times by half. This enabled us to bolster our online presence through streamlined PDF exports to Issuu.com and social media promotion, while also diversifying into branding, web design, and more.
